Introducing a School-based Masters Degree in Steiner Waldorf Education

The European Masters Programme for Steiner Waldorf Educators will offer continuing professional development at Masters level and confer awards recognised throughout the European Union.

Continuous research and self-development are the life-blood of any learning community. They are the prerequisites for school enhancement and innovation. They provide the unifying element that permeates all educational work within and across national boundaries. The Programme will foster this culture of enquiry.

Being school and research based, it will encourage the enrolment of both individuals and groups of colleagues, responding to their expressed needs for reflection and research in their work with children.

It will provide a full framework of academic support at post- graduate level, accept a broad spectrum of assignments, and incorporate flexible time-scales for the completion of research.
